I've signed up, when do I get my copy of 88 Miles?
88 Miles is an online application - there is no download. That is the beauty of it, 88 Miles is available to you on any computer in the world (that has an internet connection that is).
The application is awesome, but it isn't for me, how do I cancel my account?
That's no worries — we understand that 88 Miles isn't for everyone. You can just click the delete account link on the "My Details" screen and confirm. You won't get a refund on the time remaining on your account though. You can get more info in the terms and conditions.
How do I change the plan that I'm on?
Click on the My Account link.
Why do Australian user have to pay an extra 10%?
Because MadPilot Productions (the creator of 88 Miles) is an Australian business and we have to charge the GST to Australian users.
Are you going to annoy me each billing period to enter my credit card details AGAIN!
Nope! Our credit card gateway supports recurring payments, so you won't have to worry about it! All of your credit card details are stored on their secure server - if you want more details, go to the eway website. You'll get an email each time you are billed.
